This year, for the fifth edition of the Friendly Meetings of Gaillac, we offer you a new theme: Kata & Kyoei, under the direction of José and Gorka Perez, whom we will host on the weekend of March 7 and 8, 2026 at the dojo and gymnasium L'OISEL in Gaillac for an eventful gathering:
- Saturday, March 7, teens and adults:
- 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM: free combat workshop
- 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Happoken Godan Bokken (short distance) workshop
- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: teacher training, presentation of Kata & Kyoei meeting
- Sunday, March 8, from 8 years old:
- 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: technical workshop and refereeing training
- 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Kata & Kyoei meeting
All workshops will be accessible at a free price.
Children are invited to bring their own equipment.
